For the sake of this document ("we", "us", "our") refers to used solo dresses. ("you", "your", "buyer(s)", "seller(s)") refers to you, the visitor.
General
We provide a service to introduce sellers and potential buyers. We do not own, have affiliations with buyers or sellers, nor do we endorse the dresses listed for sale. We do not guarantee that dresses listed on the site will be sold. The site is provided "as is" without warranty.
All actions performed by you on our site are done at your own risk and you are responsible for any and all such actions. Including, but not limited to: contact requests, adding listings, sending/receiving monies.
Used solo dresses is not responsible for the listings added to the site. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that any and all information added to a listing is true and accurate to avoid disputes with buyers.
In the event of a transaction dispute we will try to help the parties involved as best we can. Though we are not obliged to do so and cannot guarantee the outcome of such disputes. We urge all buyers and sellers to exercise caution when dealing with others encountered on our site.
Sellers
We will send sellers a reminder email every 6 months while your listing is active and shown for sale on the site. Just a friendly reminder of your listing, and to see if your listing has been sold. If buyers inform us that you are not responding, and you do not reply to us your listing will be suspended. You will be able to re-list it at no cost, but sellers are encouraged to check their emails frequently. If we cant contact you and your listing has remained suspended for a period of time, we reserve the right to delete your listing without refund!
Any information submitted for your listing remain your property. But you grant us unlimited, unrestricted, royalty free permission to use any and all such information for advertising, site promotion and or site design. Including but not limited to: description, photos.
We reserve the right to modify, edit, remove or delete anything on a listing including but not limited to: Description, images, designer.
Sellers may not add links to other web sites in their description. We reserve the right to remove links that are added.
Owners of other sites selling used solo dresses MAY NOT post their listings on our web site. We reserve the right to remove these listings without refund.
Designers
Subscription fees are payable per month, and will be billed automatically by paypal. If you end your subscription, your designer account will remain active until it expires. When your designer subscription expires, any and all dresses added under your designer subscription will be changed to regular seller listings and will no longer appear in the "Off The Rack" section.
Listing Fees
Dresses added to the site require payment of the listing fee within 48 hours. If payment is not received in this time we reserve the right to delete the listing and all information added.
Listing fees are non-refundable. Includes but is not limited to: unsold dresses, dresses sold elsewhere, suspended listings, technical issues, web site becoming unavailable, deleted listings, account deletion, removal of any or all services.
Listing fees are PER DRESS. Sellers found abusing the privilege of being able to edit listings themselves by changing information to essentially "add a free dress" will have their listing deleted, and may have their account terminated.
Sellers found abusing the % fee scale run the risk of having their account deleted and being black listed from the entire site.
We reserve the right to change our listing fee at any time without notice.
Free listings
Sellers found abusing the Free listing scheme, by adding a free dress, but advising buyers that their dress is actually higher than £200 will have their listing removed.
Those adding Free listings will not gain loyally points!
The free listing scheme may be removed at any time, without notice!
Owners of other sites selling used solo dresses MAY NOT post free listings on our web site. We reserve the right to remove any listings added.
By using our site, you agree to absolve us of any and all fault(s) and or blame that arises as a result of any issues encountered from using our site.
