Q. When I try to add dresses to my wish list, the page is empty. Why?
A. The wish list feature uses JavaScript and Cookies. If either of these are disabled in your browser, the wish list feature will not work. Please ensure both JavaScript and Cookies are enabled for usedsolodresses.com to use this feature.
[Top ^]Q. I tried changing the site currency, but it won't change. Why?
A. When a visitor comes to our site, your currency is automatically set based on your IP address. If you have Cookies disabled for your browser, the site can't remember this "Cookie" and so you will be unable to have your home currency set, nor will you be able to change it. You will need to enable cookies for usedsolodresses.com in order to use this feature. If your Cookies are disabled it is set as GBP by default.

A. Patience is key! We have emailed sellers and not had a reply for upto 2 weeks!!
If you have tried to email a seller and they haven't replied within an adequate amount of time, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
Q. I think a seller might be trying to scam buyers. What should I do?
A. If you email a seller and get a reply that seems odd or unusual. Please forward it to us and we will try to advise you as best as posible.

A. No. Buyers can browse the site and email sellers without an account. Only if you decide to sell a dress will you need to register.
[Top ^]Q. How do I change the currency on the site?
A. To change the currency that is displayed on the site, just choose your preferred currency from the drop down menu. Rates are updated daily, but are provided as a guide only. Sellers home currency and price is what you would pay.

A. You can post listings to social networking sites like facebook, myspace, twitter and more from the listing page. Just click the icon and share away!
